Joel 2:28-29
It will come about after this that I will pour out My Spirit on all mankind; And your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions. Even on the male and female servants I will pour out My Spirit in those days.
Recently I have been receiving dreams from a number of people, many of whom ask me to comment on them. Quite often I receive nothing when I read the account of a person’s dream, and I will tell them this is so. I know that the ability is not in me to understand dreams and visions. Such things come from God, and they must be discerned by His Spirit.
Genesis 41:15-16
Pharaoh said to Joseph, "I have had a dream, but no one can interpret it; and I have heard it said about you, that when you hear a dream you can interpret it." Joseph then answered Pharaoh, saying, "It is not in me; God will give Pharaoh a favorable answer."
Just yesterday I found myself praying and reminding God of a promise He made to me through a word of prophecy given to me by my daughter Kristin when she was 14. God declared that even as He had opened my eyes to physical things, He would open my eyes to perceive spiritual things. I asked Him to do so. I am finding that more and more in this hour that He is doing this very thing.
Today I received two different e-mails from sisters in Christ that asked for my comment on what was being symbolized. The first was not a dream, but an actual event that had been repeatedly observed. The second was a dream received by a sister in Christ last night. The Spirit opened my understanding to perceive His meaning in both of them. They are very much pertinent to the hour we live in and what is coming upon the earth and the church. Therefore I want to share them with you.
Dear Joseph, I have recently noticed that the time 11:11 has been recurring to me. Across from our bank in town we have a library and there is a clock outside that has big red numbers and for the last three times I have been at the bank I have noticed 11:11 on the library clock. Do these numbers mean something? I just thought it was a little odd. Thanks for your insight. Wendy
Dear Wendy,
Yes, what you are observing does have a very significant meaning. It is also symbolic that you are viewing these numbers on a bank clock. The message being conveyed is that great judgment is about to come to the nation and there will be a complete disintegration of the economy. When God repeats a number twice He often does so for the same reason that He repeated Pharaoh's dream twice.
Genesis 41:32
"Now as for the repeating of the dream to Pharaoh twice, it means that the matter is determined by God, and God will quickly bring it about."
What then does this number symbolize? You can find the answer online in a book written by E.W. Bullinger, titled Numbers in Scripture.
http://philologos.org/__eb-nis/eleven.htm
ELEVEN
If ten is the number which marks the perfection of Divine order, then eleven is an addition to it, subversive of and undoing that order. If twelve is the number which marks the perfection of Divine government, then eleven falls short of it. So that whether we regard it as being 10 + 1, or 12 - 1, it is the number which marks, disorder, disorganization, imperfection, and disintegration.
What God is signifying is that this nation's economy is about to disintegrate into great disorder. There will be chaos as the financial situation collapses. Yahweh has actually given another vivid testimony of what is coming in the collapse of the World Trade Towers on 9-11. The number 11 was also featured prominently there. The two towers even looked like the number 11 as they stood side by side.
The towers were 110 stories tall, this being a multiple of 11. When they fell they did so suddenly and completely. There was barely anything remaining above ground level. These towers were also a picture of the financial strength of America and the world even as the bank you saw these numbers on represents the same. A complete and devastating collapse is coming, and it will be the pretext for Satan to bring forth his plan for a single world currency, and a global government. These things are already being spoken of openly. Yesterday, the respected investment magazine Financial Times included the following article:
And now for a world government
By Gideon Rachman
Published: December 8 2008 19:13
I have never believed that there is a secret United Nations plot to take over the US. I have never seen black helicopters hovering in the sky above Montana. But, for the first time in my life, I think the formation of some sort of world government is plausible.
A “world government” would involve much more than co-operation between nations. It would be an entity with state-like characteristics, backed by a body of laws. The European Union has already set up a continental government for 27 countries, which could be a model. The EU has a supreme court, a currency, thousands of pages of law, a large civil service and the ability to deploy military force.
So could the European model go global? There are three reasons for thinking that it might.
First, it is increasingly clear that the most difficult issues facing national governments are international in nature: there is global warming, a global financial crisis and a “global war on terror.”
Second, it could be done. The transport and communications revolutions have shrunk the world so that, as Geoffrey Blainey, an eminent Australian historian, has written: “For the first time in human history, world government of some sort is now possible.” Mr Blainey foresees an attempt to form a world government at some point in the next two centuries, which is an unusually long time horizon for the average newspaper column.
But – the third point – a change in the political atmosphere suggests that “global governance” could come much sooner than that. The financial crisis and climate change are pushing national governments towards global solutions, even in countries such as China and the US that are traditionally fierce guardians of national sovereignty.
Barack Obama, America’s president-in-waiting, does not share the Bush administration’s disdain for international agreements and treaties. In his book, The Audacity of Hope, he argued that: “When the world’s sole superpower willingly restrains its power and abides by internationally agreed-upon standards of conduct, it sends a message that these are rules worth following.” The importance that Mr Obama attaches to the UN is shown by the fact that he has appointed Susan Rice, one of his closest aides, as America’s ambassador to the UN, and given her a seat in the cabinet.
A taste of the ideas doing the rounds in Obama circles is offered by a recent report from the Managing Global Insecurity project, whose small US advisory group includes John Podesta, the man heading Mr Obama’s transition team and Strobe Talbott, the president of the Brookings Institution, from which Ms Rice has just emerged.
The MGI report argues for the creation of a UN high commissioner for counter-terrorist activity, a legally binding climate-change agreement negotiated under the auspices of the UN and the creation of a 50,000-strong UN peacekeeping force. Once countries had pledged troops to this reserve army, the UN would have first call upon them.
These are the kind of ideas that get people reaching for their rifles in America’s talk-radio heartland. Aware of the political sensitivity of its ideas, the MGI report opts for soothing language. It emphasises the need for American leadership and uses the term, “responsible sovereignty” – when calling for international co-operation – rather than the more radical-sounding phrase favoured in Europe, “shared sovereignty”. It also talks about “global governance” rather than world government.
But some European thinkers think that they recognise what is going on. Jacques Attali, an adviser to President Nicolas Sarkozy of France, argues that: “Global governance is just a euphemism for global government.” As far as he is concerned, some form of global government cannot come too soon. Mr Attali believes that the “core of the international financial crisis is that we have global financial markets and no global rule of law.”
So, it seems, everything is in place. For the first time since homo sapiens began to doodle on cave walls, there is an argument, an opportunity and a means to make serious steps towards a world government.
But let us not get carried away. While it seems feasible that some sort of world government might emerge over the next century, any push for “global governance” in the here and now will be a painful, slow process.
There are good and bad reasons for this. The bad reason is a lack of will and determination on the part of national, political leaders who – while they might like to talk about “a planet in peril” – are ultimately still much more focused on their next election, at home.
But this “problem” also hints at a more welcome reason why making progress on global governance will be slow sledding. Even in the EU – the heartland of law-based international government – the idea remains unpopular. The EU has suffered a series of humiliating defeats in referendums, when plans for “ever closer union” have been referred to the voters. In general, the Union has progressed fastest when far-reaching deals have been agreed by technocrats and politicians – and then pushed through without direct reference to the voters. International governance tends to be effective, only when it is anti-democratic.
The world’s most pressing political problems may indeed be international in nature, but the average citizen’s political identity remains stubbornly local. Until somebody cracks this problem, that plan for world government may have to stay locked away in a safe at the UN.

So you can see that the hour is very late and these things are indeed at the door. We live in that very hour when many prophecies of Scripture must be fulfilled. These will be tumultuous days, but also days of great hope, for our Redeemer draws near.
May you be blessed with peace and understanding in these days,
Joseph Herrin
Following is the dream forwarded to me by a sister in Christ as she related it, along with my reply.
Dear Joseph Herrin:
In response to your posting of yesterday the Lord gave me a dream last night. In this dream I was attending a Christian college. For a very long time I was only in my "home room" but eventually I asked for a tour of the whole college. As I was walking out of the building to go on the tour I noticed that I was holding my grandson's hand - his name is Noah and he is two years old. My daughter, Emily - his mother - was walking with us. I noticed she was naked and pointed this out to her. She looked down at herself and while she didn't seem too bothered by this she did turn around and go back into the building. Noah and I proceeded to a line at the foot of a steep hill.
Because he is slow, interested in all about him and tends to stumble at times we let several people go ahead of us. Also, there were toys at the foot of the hill and he spent a little time playing with the toys. But eventually we proceeded up hill - it wasn't really difficult even tho quite steep. We then came back down the hill and headed into the building again. I noticed some people in choir robes coming out and decided it was time for me to try out for the choir as God has gifted me with a nice singing voice.
So I turned around and went to find the choir director - a woman - who listened to me sing and told me I was now part of the choir and would be given some solo parts. I then washed my hands under a faucet and some water spilled onto a woman's pocket book that was there. The choir director moved it away from the faucet, wiped up the water on the outside but wasn't too upset about the spill inside the pocket book. I then woke up.
While thinking on this dream the Holy Spirit gave me some understanding of it - from a personal standpoint mostly I think but I believe it can have a wider meaning also. I/ the woman in the wilderness have been in God's school of higher spiritual learning for a time. My grandson, Noah, represents the manchild. I/we/he are now ready to be caught up to God and to the Throne. The choir is the Body of Christ who have come into the fullness of Christ and speak/sing with "one voice", having come into unity with Christ. I think the solo part speaks to the fact that we are all individuals used by God where ever we are geographically in the world for His Glory. Washing my hands represents washing with the water of the Word which we must all do and continue in and spilling it on and into the pocket book demonstrates that we cannot keep this to ourselves, it just spills out of us and onto/into others around us. A pocket book is a woman's place to keep lots of use full stuff as well as lots of junk and it needs cleaning on a regular basis to continue to be use full. My daughter being naked speaks to that part of the Body of Christ who have not come into the fullness of Christ and need further training. They are the Laodicean part of the Church who are "poor, blind and naked", the foolish virgins without oil in their lamps.
I believe this dream is given to encourage that part of the Body of Christ it represents that the time is here when we will be called forth into that which Christ has prepared for us to experience and do at this time.
I would appreciate any comments you might have on this and if you wish, you may share all or part of this as you desire.
With love in Christ Jesus my Lord,
Nancy Goldman
Dear Sister Nancy,
Thank you for sharing this with me. I will add some further insight into some of the symbolism mentioned here. The Christian college does represent God's instruction to His people. A college is an institution of "higher learning," and this symbolizes those things that God would teach His people.
There is much symbolism to the fact that your grandson Noah was with you. The Spirit is indicating by this the hour in which we live. As it was in the days of Noah, so too will it be in the day when the Son of Man returns.
Matthew 24:37-42
"For the coming of the Son of Man will be just like the days of Noah. For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and they did not understand until the flood came and took them all away; so will the coming of the Son of Man be. Then there will be two men in the field; one will be taken and one will be left. Two women will be grinding at the mill; one will be taken and one will be left. Therefore be on the alert, for you do not know which day your Lord is coming."
The recent sign in the heavens in the constellation Sagittarius is a declaration that the return of the Lord is at hand. This heavenly sign specifically testifies that Christ will come back in judgment. The earth will reel and the fire of God's altar will purify many. An arrow will pierce the heart of Yahweh's enemies. Few perceive the manner in which this will occur, however, and it will catch many in the church by surprise.

As you mentioned, Noah is a type of the man-child. The historical Noah appears to us as a man, but in your dream he is a two year old child. Thus we see that he truly represents the man-child. The woman that gives birth to the man-child is the church.
Revelation 12:1-6
A great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars; and she was with child; and she cried out, being in labor and in pain to give birth. Then another sign appeared in heaven: and behold, a great red dragon having seven heads and ten horns, and on his heads were seven diadems. And his tail swept away a third of the stars of heaven and threw them to the earth. And the dragon stood before the woman who was about to give birth, so that when she gave birth he might devour her child. And she gave birth to a son, a man child, who is to rule all the nations with a rod of iron; and her child was caught up to God and to His throne. Then the woman fled into the wilderness where she had a place prepared by God, so that there she would be nourished for one thousand two hundred and sixty days.
Noah's mother is depicted as being naked, for this is truly the condition of the church today out of which a man child must arise. One point of understanding that I see differently from that described in Christine Beadsworth’s writing that I posted yesterday, is that I do not perceive the woman and the man child to be speaking of the same group. The man child comes out of the woman even as a baby is born of its mother. They are separate, though they have formerly been joined as one.
In the same way, I believe an overcoming group of saints will come forth out of the church, and these will be given access to the very throne of God. These will dwell in heavenly places, having a clear insight into the thoughts of God, and they will be granted authority. The woman, however, represents a much larger group, even as a mother is larger than the baby to which she gives birth. The woman has not attained to the spiritual maturity of the man child, and she must go into a wilderness experience to be purified.
In the Old Testament, after a woman gave birth, she had to experience a specified number of days for her purification. This is the purpose of the woman’s wilderness experience. After giving birth to the man child, she is yet unclean, and must remain in the wilderness until she is purified.
Leviticus 12:2-4
"When a woman gives birth and bears a male child, then she shall be unclean for seven days, as in the days of her menstruation she shall be unclean. On the eighth day the flesh of his foreskin shall be circumcised. Then she shall remain in the blood of her purification for thirty-three days; she shall not touch any consecrated thing, nor enter the sanctuary until the days of her purification are completed.”
The woman is not permitted to touch anything holy during the days of her impurity, nor can she enter the sanctuary of God. This is symbolized in Revelations chapter 12. God has prepared a place for the woman in the wilderness where her days of purification can be completed.
That you saw Noah’s mother as naked, but seemingly unconcerned about her condition, is as you have suggested, a reference to the Laodicean church. The church of Laodicea is the last church which Christ addresses among the seven mentioned in Revelations. It is typical of the church of this last hour.
Revelation 3:14-19
"To the messenger of the church in Laodicea write... "I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot; I wish that you were cold or hot. So because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of My mouth. Because you say, ‘I am rich, and have become wealthy, and have need of nothing,’ and you do not know that you are wretched and miserable and poor and blind and naked, I advise you to buy from Me gold refined by fire so that you may become rich, and white garments so that you may clothe yourself, and that the shame of your nakedness will not be revealed; and eye salve to anoint your eyes so that you may see. Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline; therefore be zealous and repent.”
There is much in this passage that speaks to the hour that is at hand. Christ loves the church, despite her unclean and naked condition. He will therefore reprove and discipline her. He is coming even at this time to do so. The reproofs of the Lord will seem very severe, yet those who humble themselves before Christ will be able to purchase from Him gold “refined by fire.” This speaks of the fiery trial through which their spiritual enrichment will come. You may remember this was signified in the sign in the heavens as there was an image of an altar turned upside down where the fire is facing the earth.
That Noah’s mother returns to the Christian College building after you point out to her that she is naked, speaks of her returning to learn something needful from God. She must go into the wilderness while the man child ascends to the presence of God. The woman cannot go with the man child, for she is yet unclean and naked.
In your dream you saw Noah progressing slowly and you allowed others to pass by. Noah then stopped for a time to play with toys. This is symbolic of their being distractions along the way, and that those who are of the man child company will be slowed by these distractions, but they must eventually leave all of the pleasures and entertainments of this world behind to ascend to the Father.
After ascending, you then descended down the hill and returned to the College building. So too must the man child return to the church in the wilderness after it has come into the presence of God. The man child must act as a guide to the woman in the wilderness, and this is depicted by your joining the choir and being given a new robe, symbolic of a new ministry and calling. You were given numerous solo parts, and so too will the man child be given a song to sing that only the overcomers can learn.
Revelation 14:3-5
And they sang a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders; and no one could learn the song except the one hundred and forty-four thousand who had been purchased from the earth. These are the ones who have not been defiled with women, for they have kept themselves chaste. These are the ones who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. These have been purchased from among men as first fruits to God and to the Lamb. And no lie was found in their mouth; they are blameless.
This passage is pregnant with truth, and it is a parallel to your dream. Those who learned the new song were purchased from the earth even as you ascended from the earth. These are not defiled with women, that is to say, they do not share the impurity and uncleanness of the church. These ones have not played the harlot, but have kept themselves as pure virgins, devoted to Christ to Whom they have been espoused.
After being given your parts to sing you see yourselves washing your hands, and the water spills onto someone else’s purse which was nearby. This speaks of the ministry of the washing of the word.
Ephesians 5:25-27
Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself up for her, so that He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, that He might present to Himself the church in all her glory, having no spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that she would be holy and blameless.
Christ will present to Himself a church that is radiant. He will use those who are of the man child company to wash and purify His bride. The Spirit of Christ is indicating that the time for these things to be accomplished is at hand. Even as he spoke to me recently through the movie The Astronaut Farmer, it is time for the man child to ascend.

We must lay aside all distractions, and press forward to this place that the Father would have us to attain.
May you be blessed with peace and understanding in these days,
