If ...No one will ever be saved by believing a lie. If you could be saved by believing a lie, then it would be appropriate to conclude what you believe makes no difference. There would be no distinction between muslims, buddist, protestants and catholics.

The beginning of salvation is the acceptance of Christ for the forgiveness of sins and his Kingship over our life. This is the core and foundational truth. But for anyone to think they can then proceed with believing whatever they want is a departure from that initial truth placing them in Jeopardy from the Way.

The battle is truth. Anyone who thinks the Pope teaches truth is ignorant of what they teach and has no love for the truth period. They are interested in performing religious acts to appease their own deluded minds.

Keep on fighting Joseph and perhaps those who have ears to hear you, may gain some insight on how to walk along the path and endure until the end.

In Christ.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6945380218619316662.post-47781383578966875842010-02-12T09:51:31.288-05:002010-02-12T09:51:31.288-05:00Dear Mr. Herrin: In rereading my post over at Ult...Dear Mr. Herrin: In rereading my post over at Ultraguy's site, I realize that my words could easily be personally hurtful to you, which was never my intention, I am truly sorry. That is why the current Pope himself proclaims that Protestants are not saved. Protestants however are not without critique as our orthopraxy does not reflect our othodoxy. Though we proclaim the universal priesthood of every believer, in practice we hold on to the separation between clergy and laity. Thus we have many pastors who are in effect "little popes" who preside over their own congregations.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
